I’m Sarah, a very down-to-earth filmmaker based in Asheville, North Carolina. A hopeless romantic, an avid traveler, and a lover of all things food—I’ve always found joy in life’s little details. Cinema has been my greatest obsession for as long as I can remember. I’m constantly watching films, chasing inspiration, and finding new ways to tell meaningful stories through the lens. I’m drawn to the quiet in-between moments— the emotion in the eyes, the sound of the voice, the way two people look at each other when no one else is watching. My shooting and editing approach is gentle, observational, and documentary in style while my visual style is more rooted in narrative cinema.
With over a decade of professional editing experience and a background in film studies from Temple University, Bill brings cinematic storytelling and emotional depth to every wedding film he shoots and edits. His career began in TV and documentary film, with projects featured by The New York Times, Sundance, and Slamdance—where he learned how to weave real moments into unforgettable narratives.
